This privacy policy relates to user accounts created on this site.

Privacy and personal data

We only collect, use and store personal data that is necessary to setup your account and provide access to our online courses and the functionality they provide.

In providing access to this site for educational purposes, FSC reserves the right to monitor, inspect, copy, review, and store usage of information transmitted or received by users. All information and materials posted/uploaded to the site shall be and remain the property of FSC and no user shall have any expectation of privacy regarding such materials.

The personal data we store and how this is used

This site stores your first name, last name, username, email address and Country of origin. These are mandatory fields required in the setup of your account. We also collect data about your activity on the site, including progress with courses, and any contributions and amendments you make to your account settings or courses that you subscribe to.

How long is your data is stored

The personal data stored as part of your user account on this site is retained for as long as that account remains active. To facilitate the ability for users to access account and course history again in the future, we currently deem that an account is inactive after a period of 6 years since the last login. This will be subject to regular review. 

Links to third party websites and services

FSC’s online courses accessed via this site contain hyperlinks to other websites. These links are established in good faith. The FSC cannot be held responsible for the content or functionality of these websites or services, and any personal information disclosed to these sites is not covered by the FSC’s data processing or privacy statements.

Cookies are small amounts of information which we may store on your computer to help to help improve the user experience when using this site. If you do not want to Cookies to be used, untick the ‘Remember username’ tick box that is displayed on the login screen.
